Munn Roofing Corp installs all types of commercial roof systems and is a certified installer of many leading manufacturers.
We assist our customers with professional recommendations, core samples and a scope of work that best fits their building and roofing needs. Our roof systems carry no dollar limit warranties from our manufacturing partners and range from 10-30 years. Our complete sheet metal shop will fabricate all necessary flashings including copings, gravel stop, gutters, counter flashing and everything in between.

Single Ply Roofing
A base layer of insulation and recovery board is mechanically fastened to the decking. Single ply roofing systems include EPDM, TPO and PVC roofing systems. These systems can be fully adhered using adhesives or mechanically fastened techniques. Protective coatings are available for single ply systems. Systems can be applied year round, weather permitting.
Built-Up Hot Asphalt
A base layer of insulation and recovery board is installed in hot asphalt or mechanically fastened to the decking. Built-up plied roofing is installed in hot asphalt. A weather protective cap sheet or aggregate surface is installed in hot asphalt. This system can be applied year round, weather permitting.
Built-Up Cold Asphalt
A base layer of insulation and recovery board is installed in cold asphalt or mechanically fastened to the decking. Built-up plied roofing is installed in cold asphalt. A weather protective cap sheet or aggregate surface is installed in cold asphalt. This system is smoke free and best applied at temperatures of 40° and above.
Built-Up Torch Apply
A base layer of insulation and recovery board is mechanically fastened to the decking. Modified bitumen asphalt plies are torch applied. A weather protective cap sheet is torch applied. These systems can be applied year round, weather permitting.
Roof Coatings
First we clean, prepare and prime the existing roof surface. Elastomeric and aluminum coatings can extend the life of your existing roof and is a cost effective alternative. This system is best applied during temperatures of 40° and above.
