Munn Roofing Corp has three generations of roofing experience with multiple roof systems as well as various manufacturers' roofing systems. The following list includes but is not limited to those roofing systems which are most commonly used in today's roofing industry and available through Munn Roofing Corp.
Metal Roofing Systems -- Existing roof decking sloped or new sloped decking. Metal panels mechanically fastened to decking and include all necessary fascia, soffits, downspouts and metal ridge caps. Systems can be applied year round, weather permitting. Up to a 20 year weather tight warranty is available.
Shingle Roofing Systems -- Existing roof decking sloped or new sloped decking. Ice and water shield/tar felt paper applied over decking. Shingles are nailed to decking according to industry standard. Necessary gutters and downspouts are installed. Systems can be applied year round, weather permitting. Up to a 40 year warranty is available. Asphalt, slate and cedar shake shingles are available.
