Hampton Inn

The new Hampton Inn in Warrington, PA was built to be a first class hotel for business travelers working in the area. It has over one hundred rooms as well as health and entertainment facilities. With the hotels large size the roof top was home to much of the mechanical units and others penetrations. A complex fully tapered system complete with large roof crickets was installed to ensure proper drainage and proper insulation value. With so much happening in such a small roof area details became very important. A fully adhered EPDM roof system was installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. All edge metals were made in custom sizes and to match in color.
