The following list includes but is not limited to those roofing systems which are most commonly used in today's roofing industry and available through Munn Roofing Corp.
Built-Up Hot Asphalt Systems -- Base layer of insulation/recovery board installed in hot asphalt or mechanically fastened to decking. Built-up roofing plied installed in hot asphalt. Weather protective cap sheet or aggregate surface installed in hot asphalt. New edge metal and metal flashing. System can be applied year round, weather permitting. Up to a 20 year warranty is available.
Built-Up Cold Asphalt Systems -- Base layer of insulation/recovery board installed in cold asphalt or mechanically fastened to decking. Built-up roofing plied installed in cold asphalt. Weather protective cap sheet or aggregate surface installed in cold asphalt. New edge metal and metal flashing. System is smoke and odor free, best application during 40° and rising. Up to a 20 year warranty is available.
Built-Up Torch Apply Systems -- Base layer of insulation/recovery board mechanically fastened to decking. Modified bitumen asphalt plies torch applied. Weather protective cap sheet torch applied. New edge metal and metal flashing. Systems can be applied year round, weather permitting. Up to 20 year warranty is available.
Single Ply Roofing Systems -- Base layer of insulation/recovery board mechanically fastened to decking. Single ply roofing systems include EPDM roofing and TPO roofing systems. Both systems can be fully adhered using adhesives or mechanically fastened. Protective coatings are available for single ply systems. New edge metals and metal flashings. Systems can be applied year round weather permitting.
