Community College of Philadelphia
Community College of Philadelphia is located in the heart of center city Philadelphia at 17th and Spring Garden St. The location of this job and the highly crowdede aerea made for some unique logistical challanges Munn Roofing Corp to overcome. The old roof was completly removed and a new built-up roof system was applied by torch. All new drains along with some interior plumbing had to be installed to ensure proper drainage. Custom made metal coping and other flashings were installed around the perimeter as well as a custom light mounting system.
