Bryn Mawr Hospital
Gerhard Building
The Gerhard Building at Bryn Mawr Hospital is older building that required a lot of custom copper and shingle work. During removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof the entire south and east wall required full scaffolding by Munn Roofing Corp. For the safety of the patients at the hospital temporary restraining walls also had to be installed. On the lower roof pure black slates and all copper accessories were installed. On the top main roof new dimensional shingles and all copper accessories were also installed. The Gerhard Building is approx. 23,000 square feet.
