New Expansion
In recent years the pre-packaged food industry has experienced a lot of growth and the demand for their product has grown in suit. Ready Pac, based out of Florence, NJ, built a 30,000 square foot expansion to their plant in 2005-2006. This roof housed a massive air tight refrigiration sector as well as many new offices and employee rooms. Over the refridgeration section three layers of staggered insulation were mechanically fastened, in addition to a sealing compound to ensure an airtight environment inside. A thick single layer of insulation was applied over the office space. A single ply TPO roof system, heat welded seams and all associated flashing were installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer. New standing seam metal roofs, soffits, fascia, downspouts and edge metals complete the new edition. This roof required much time and attention to detail in order to meet our goals
