1021 Lancaster Ave is private owned property in the main line which houses several companies. This roof had to be completly removed down to the concrete deck. Insulation was applied with high grade adhesive and a torch down system was installed. Copper reglets were cut into the brick where necessary and other new flashings were installed. New seamless gutters and new barge boards with covers were installed along the rear and two new drains were installed in the front.
